What is bat insurance?

Bat insurance is a 30 day warranty from date of delivery on any bat purchased through Birch Bats. Insurance is good for a one time replacement of the original ordered bat and covers the ground shipping of the replacement bat.

I broke my bat, how do I get my replacement?

If you purchased insurance and broke your bat within 30 days of receiving it please e-mail: sales@birchbats.com with your name, order id, and pictures of the bat. The pictures need to need to show the Birch logo as well as the break.
