How long does it take to receive my order?

Most orders get delivered in about 2 to 2.5 weeks. The orders usually ship out in 1.5 weeks and then transit time to the destination.

There are a couple ways to shorten this.

1. When personalizing your bat, select a faster production option.
2. When checking out, select an expedited shipping option.
3. If 2.5 weeks is about right, but may be cutting it close, let us know under Additional Comments at Checkout and we'll see about giving your order a little bump.

Do your bats come with a warranty?

Yes, our bats do come with an optional warranty.

When you select a bat and personalize it, just select the 30-Day Warranty and you're covered.

What's the return/cancellation policy?

Every order is custom made so once your order hits the lathe it is no longer cancelable.

If the bat you received is different than what you ordered, please contact us immediately before using it.

What is cupping

Cupping is the drilling out of the top of the barrel. It does make the bat slightly lighter but more importantly changes the balance point so it's not as end heavy. Most baseball players get cupped bats but one isn't better than the other but a cupped bat will a little more durable.

What will the weight of my bat be?

Most bats by default will be a -3 weight differential. It is recommended for the bigger barrel models that you use a -2. If you would like a specific weight to your bat please put it in the additional comments box when placing your order and we'll do our best to satisfy your needs.
